Bacon Pasta Sauce 12/5/2020

[6] Pieces of Bacon
[1] Yellow Onion
[1] Medium Head of Garlic
[-] Pinch of pepper (to taste)
[2] Cups of fresh tomato (or canned)
[-] It. Seasoning to taste
[1/4] Cup thinly sliced green onion (about 4)


  1. Cook bacon to be crispy
  2. Break up into pieces, reduce heat
  3. Add in chopped yellow onion and finely sliced garlic, cook until onions are clear(ish)
  4. Drain off all be 2 TB of fat
  5. Fold in all of the tomato juice and 1/2 diced up tomatoes and seasoning until reduced
  6. Take off heat, toss in green onion and remaining tomatoes
  7. Toss with Pasta (add in some EV Olive Oil if needed)
  8. Serve with parmesan cheese
